Super Mario Galaxy Stage In Super Smash Bros     Super Smash Bros – Goddess of Light – HD Trailer The Goddess of Light, Palutena, joins the growing ranks of characters in the roster for Super Smash Bros coming to Wii-U and 3DS. Palutena is the benevolent Goddess of Light, beautiful ruler of the kingdom of Angel Land, and guardian of Three Sacred Treasures (the Mirror Shield, Arrow of Light, and Pegasus Wings). Before the events of Kid Icarus and its sequel she shared sovereignty with Medusa, the Goddess of Darkness. Palutena used her powers for the good of mankind, to warm the earth and make crops grow. However, Medusa hated humans and used her power to undo Palutena’s work. As punishment, Palutena transformed Medusa into a hideous monster and banished her to the Underworld. Like previous games in the series, Super Smash Bros. is a competitive fighting game in which up to four players controlling various Nintendo characters fight against each other. Players use a variety of attacks to damage their opponents, increasing their damage percentage which makes them easier to knock out of the playing field. Smash Balls, items first introduced in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, make a return, allowing whoever obtains them to perform extremely powerful attacks. Assist trophies, another returning feature from Brawl, will be included, such as Skull Kid from The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask and a French Bulldog from Nintendogs. Like its predecessors, Super Smash Bros. will feature collectable in-game trophies based on characters or items seen in various Nintendo games. Two versions of the game will be released, one for Nintendo 3DS and the other for Wii U. The Wii U version is presented in high-definition visuals, while the Nintendo 3DS version will feature characters with black outlines, which can be toggled on and off. Both versions will include the same roster of playable characters, but the two versions will each feature exclusive stages, assist trophies, and collectables. The Nintendo 3DS version will feature those from Nintendo handheld releases while those in the Wii U version will be featured from Nintendo home console releases. The Nintendo 3DS version features an exclusive Smash Run mode, based on the City Trial mode from Kirby Air Ride, in which players navigate an open environment for stat-increasing power-ups, before facing each other in a match. Both versions of the game feature local and online multiplayer, including matches against friends and ranked matches. Ranked matches are divided into two lobbies; For Fun, which features random stages and items, with Smash matches only, and For Glory, which limits matches to Final Destination stages with no items and the option for 1-on-1 battles for more tournament-style gameplay. Players are also able to customize characters to alter the behaviour of their moveset, though customized characters may only be used in local and friend matches. Mighty No. 9 is an upcoming action-platform video game in development by Comcept in conjunction with Inti Creates, and directed by Keiji Inafune. The creation of the game was based on the online crowdfunding website, Kickstarter, and incorporates heavy input from the public. Mighty No. 9 very closely resembles another Inafune creation, Mega Man, in both gameplay and character design, and is considered by many as its spiritual successor. It will also be the fourth released game by development studio Comcept. The minimum Kickstarter goal for Mighty No. 9 was successfully funded on September 2, 2013, after only two days of the creation of the page. However, several other features including additional stages, special modes and ports to other platforms were confirmed after additional “stretch goals” related to it were achieved, increasing the total funds obtained to over 400% of the original goal. World In the year 20XX – In a world where robotic engineering has greatly advanced. World panic caused the collapse of capitalism and brought about a new socialism, under which the government had manual labor mechanized and food, clothing and shelter was thoroughly managed. As an outlet, a government sponsored public robot battle competition known as the “Battle Colosseum” was created. Little did they know, a new threat to mankind was afoot. Story Dr. White created 9 robot siblings known as the “Mighty Numbers”, who were the most popular and powerful team of robots in the Battle Colosseum and always in the top ranks. But, during one competition there was a sudden act of cyber terror, infecting them with a computer virus causing them to become crazed and rampant. The crazed siblings took control of various key facilities and utilities. The virus continued to spread to all the robots of the world. It is now up to the lone Mighty No.9 “Beck”, who remains unaffected by the virus. Beck, who had always been the weakest link on the team, was now entrusted with the future of all humanity!
